Returns are governed by our Return Policy. Because wigs are personal-wear products, eligibility depends on the item remaining unworn, unaltered, and hygienically resalable, with the lace and original identifiers intact.

The Menglle name, visual identity, photographs, copy, product designs, and site content belong to Menglle or its licensors. They may not be copied, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated.

Menglle is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products where such limits are permitted. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
